Melbourne is the hub of manufacturing and hosts the largest and most efficient port in Australia.
In addition to this, the airport operates 24hrs a day with no curfew (unlike Sydney Airport which is shut between 11pm and 6am). The means business continuity around the clock and an efficient distribution process for your business.

We couldn’t provide the service we do without our passionate team.
Our staff has been with us for over 20yrs in some cases, which means they are very knowledgeable about not only the 3PL logistics industry, but our company vision. We don’t employ casual staff for this reason, and that results in a more efficient and effective team that is empowered with the skills to do their job right every time. As well as experience, we are constantly on the look out for the latest technology to implement into our service offering.
Our directors aren’t in a corporate environment and detached from the business. They prefer to be amongst the staff with a hands on approach so they can stay connected to the team and the processes.
Our human centric approach to our staff and customers is probably our most valuable asset to providing the best possible service in the industry and giving the top logistics companies in the world a run for their money.

We were off to a rocky start having our products distributed in Australia. Our first fulfillment partner in Sydney was full of promises, but those promises did not hold up. Some days, the error rate was as high as 30%, and when we needed to address an issue, speaking to someone at the warehouse was nearly impossible. After two years and several dissatisfied customers (we all know that one is too many), it was time for a change.
